Programs > Chaplaincy
Our chaplains provide spiritual oversight and direction for Circle Urban Ministries’ programs and staff. They strive to be Jesus’ hands, feet and voice through a variety of interventions including:
- Providing crisis intervention in the areas of food, shelter and employment
- Seeking avenues and opportunities to build relationships that will open the door to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ
- Providing discipleship to new believers
- Caring for the caregiver, i.e. spiritual support and training for staff
Circle’s chaplaincy team reaches out to the “least of these” through preaching in our food pantry, visiting the sick, counseling people in crisis, making home visits and connecting people with resources. They provide a vital link between Circle Urban and Rock Church.
