Through our relationship with the Emergency Fund Circle is able to provide resources to individuals and families that are in a crisis or need funds to bridge through an emergency situation. Funds can be used for employment issues, rent assistance, utility bills or other emergencies.

One our first successes was a man who was unemployed but had experience as a security gurad. He found a potential employer, but needed more than $200 to purchase the uniform required for the position. Through the Emergency Fund we were able provide the needed resources and he was able to begin employment within a couple of days!

Every week we ask for prayer requests from our Food Pantry friends as they are being served. We have been struck by the significance of the requests and how much they appreciate being prayed for. Staff and the chaplains have been praying, but we think that you, the friends and supporters of the program would like to be involved as well.
