Volunteer's donation means shelter kids fly free; tool is an answer to prayer

When Bryce Feldman spent a week at Circle with his church from Grand Island, NE, (pictured left) he didn't just bring his carpentry skills. Bryce donated a plane that he created with his own hands (we're told he also makes a mean motorcycle). "I tell my pastor, 'I wish I could speak like you,' says Bryce. And he tells me, 'I wish I could use my hands like you do.'" Thanks to Bryce's craftsmanship, children in our Eagle's Nest shelter child care can "fly free" while their parents go to school or work. |

Grand Islander Gary Huffer became an answer to prayer during that same week. As he donated his skills in construction, Gary noticed our need for an upright saw. Gary couldn't get away from a prompting to donate one to the ministry. And so he did, at the end of his week of volunteering. Gary didn't know that staff member Emil Jirsa (pictured standing next to Gary, right), had been praying for a new saw for six months.
