Circle Family Care takes care of body and spirit

Circle Family Care grew out of Circle Urban Ministries. It now has a board of its own and offers a broad range of family-focused services on Chicago's west side. Counseling, foster care and medical care are just some of the critical services CFC provides. We have a special affiliation with Circle Family Care Medical on Parkside. As part of the largest medical outreach in Austin, Circle Family Care's staff of compassionate professionals opens doors to good health and peace of mind. In 2000, Circle Family Care medical moved across the alley from us into Isaiah House, a building that has a story of its own.
