    Our leaders serve before they direct: the community, the staff, the partners, the mission. We lead by example, with humility and a commitment to equipping others.

    Shared decisions

    Decisions are made with the people closest to the work. Staff, partners, and residents shape the strategy rather than receive it.

    Adaptive, not reactive

    We change methods without changing convictions. Strategy follows what the neighborhood actually needs, not what is easiest to fund.

    Accountable in public

    Audited financials, independent evaluation, and measurable outcomes. We publish what we find, including what has not worked yet.
