Project 130
Renovating a 10-unit building to add safe, quality rental housing in Austin.
More families stay stably housed and avoid slipping into crisis when life gets tight.
Crisis intervention & housing
Our outreach team meets people where they are, then helps them find the next step: housing, employment, or a way through a crisis.

Outreach stabilization
Our team connects neighbors to housing pathways, employment resources, and next-step problem solving. In 2025 that meant nearly 4,000 people reached, and referrals that helped families regain footing and stop cycling back into crisis.
Women & children’s recovery
The Maryville Women & Children’s Recovery Home on our campus gives mothers recovering from substance use a safe, supported environment with 24-hour care, and keeps their children with them while they heal.
Building
One increases access to stable rental housing right now. The other opens a path to ownership. Together they aim to serve 50 new households in 2026.
